On January 6th, the SDN2022 Annual Conference of "Advancing and Empowering · Winning 2023" was held in Zhixuan Holiday Inn, Tianhe, Chengdu. The meeting was attended by SDN executives, shareholders, corporate directors and employee representatives.

At the beginning of the New Year, when everything is refreshed, bathed in the dawn of the New Year and filled with the joy of victory, we solemnly convene the 2022 annual Work Conference. In addition to the colleagues present today, we still have nearly 200 employees in Hushi, Eastern New District, Shuangliu District, Quzhou office in Zhejiang Province, and Guangxi office in the front line. Here, on behalf of the board of directors and management team of SDN, I would like to express our high respect and heartfelt thanks to all the colleagues who stick to the front line of the project and work hard, as well as the family members of the employees who have been silently contributing for a long time behind the scenes!

In 2022, faced with the challenges and pressures brought by the epidemic and intensified market competition, SDN centers gathered their strength and forged ahead, with rapid growth in business performance and continuous improvement in competitiveness. This year's struggle, we have delivered a successful answer. In 2022, SDN won the title of "Little Giant" state-level specialized, special and new enterprise, passed the certification of Chengdu Enterprise Technology Center, and established the iron phosphate wastewater benchmark project. The fifth-generation concentrator was successfully developed and applied in batch, and the contract amount increased by 70% compared with the same period last year, successfully achieving the annual business target. The achievements of the company are the solid work of the majority of employees, and the new situation is created by the joint efforts of Star can strivers.
Give determination in confidence, dream in the distance, the road at the foot. In 2023, we will still face the impact of the pandemic, increasing market competition and economic downturn. We should grasp the policy and industrial opportunities, resonate with the national development strategy, industry development trend and customer demand, actively forge ahead, adhere to the vision and mission, constantly activate the organization and team, increase the talent training and introduction, design optimization, research and development innovation ability, continue to improve the market expansion ability, to complete the 2023 business objectives. 2. Zhao Cong, Deputy general manager of SDN, will make the year-end summary report
At the meeting, Zhao Cong, deputy general manager of Sidanone, made a year-end summary report with the theme of "Advance and Empower · Win the war 2023". General Manager Zhao mentioned that 2022 is an extraordinary year. Through the continuous efforts of everyone, the company's business performance has achieved leapfrog growth again, its industry status and social influence have been steadily improved, and all work has developed in an all-round and orderly way. Thank Star for every partner's persistence, tenacity, brave burden, riding the waves forward.
The report makes a comprehensive summary and report from the aspects of development strategy, team building, management system, qualifications and honors, performance, business technical support, intellectual property rights, project execution, procurement and supply. At the same time, it analyzes the current problems and deficiencies. Based on the analysis and judgment of the current environmental situation, it puts forward the short-term planning and long-term goals of Sitanone.

5. Non-stop project construction, stick to the post to meet the deadline
In 2022, 14 SDN projects have been accepted and 54 are under construction. Due to the tight project schedule and heavy tasks, many project sites were still busy on the day of the annual meeting. The engineers of SDN gave up the reunion time with their colleagues, stuck to their posts, rushed for the construction period and kept the schedule, went all out to speed up the project construction, and ensured the completion of the construction task as planned, which fully explained the hard work spirit of Sitanneng.
